How much TRON energy does your address use?
Paste a TRON address. You see the transactions it sent over the last 7 or 30 days, the energy they used, and the TRX they burned for missing energy and bandwidth, day by day.
That tells you how much energy to rent and when: the burned TRX is what renting would have replaced. Nothing is signed or sent; incoming transfers are paid by the sender, so only what the address sent counts.
What one USDT transfer needs
| Receiver | Energy | Bandwidth | Burned without them |
|---|---|---|---|
| Holds USDT | about 65,000 | about 345 | about 6.5 TRX + 0.35 TRX |
| Has no USDT | about 131,000 | about 345 | about 13.1 TRX + 0.35 TRX |
Chain parameters as of 2026-10-01. Burn: 100 SUN per missing energy, 1,000 SUN per missing bandwidth; 600 bandwidth a day is free.
Reading the result
Energy used counts everything the transactions consumed: staked, rented and burned. TRX burned is only the part nothing covered. A day with a tall bar is a day renting would have paid off.
- Mostly energy burned: rent energy right before a transfer.
- Mostly bandwidth burned: rent bandwidth for an hour or a day; 600 free bandwidth a day covers only one transfer.
- Dozens of transactions a day: order energy from your own code before each batch.
FAQ
Does the checker need my wallet?
No. It reads the public history of the address you paste and cannot move or sign anything.
Why are incoming transfers not counted?
On TRON the sender pays for a transaction. A USDT transfer you receive costs the sender's energy, not yours.
Why is energy used much higher than energy burned?
Staked or rented energy covered most of it. Only the part nothing covered is paid by burning TRX.
